Order Cancellation

Changed your mind?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled—but you can request a return after it arrives.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Unwashed and free of damage

Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be denied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll exchange it if the item is available.
Note: Exchanges must follow the same condition requirements as returns.

Prefer something else entirely? You can return the item and place a new order.
